Roxana Khalilifar has spent her career sitting at the point where technical complexity meets the people experiencing it. Her background is in product analytics and enterprise technical support, where she’s worked with some of the most demanding clients in the recruitment technology space.
Her computer science background and software engineering training give her a working understanding of what's happening beneath the surface, not just what's visible to the user.
At Fyxer, Roxana works on the Product Support team, which puts her at the front line of how users experience the product day to day. Working directly with users means she knows which parts of the product earn trust and which parts still need work, whilst working very closely with engineering to bridge the gap between the customer and the issue they are facing. Part of that is knowing the email providers in real depth. Each email provider, like Gmail and Outlook, behaves differently, and understanding those differences is central to how she approaches a support query.
