Archie Hollingsworth is the Co-Founder of Fyxer, with his brother, Richard Hollingsworth. Before building Fyxer, he co-founded Europe's largest tech-enabled executive assistant business, developing a close understanding of how professionals actually work, inefficiencies in how they spend their time, and the proportion of time spent on admin.
The 500,000+ hours of executive assistant workflow data accumulated became the foundation for Fyxer’s AI email assistant, developed with a third co-founder, CTO Matt Ffrench. The brothers’ emphasis on watching how users spend their time in their inboxes rather than asking them gave them key insights into workflow management - something they still do today.
In 2026 he and Richard were selected to participate in Tech Nations' Future Fifty programme, an invitation only programme for founders of the UKs most promising scale-ups.
His expertise sits at the intersection of product thinking, go-to-market strategy, and the everyday realities of inbox overload.
