Assem Dikhayeva spent three years at Amazon doing the kind of engineering work that doesn't leave much room for error. She built and shipped production systems across AWS infrastructure, in environments where legal constraints meant every design decision had to be documented and defensible. She progressed from SDE I to SDE II, picked up a stack that spans TypeScript, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS CDK, and earned a reputation as someone who could lead a complex project.
At Fyxer, she works on a different kind of engineering challenge: building AI tools that change how professionals handle the parts of their workday that eat up the most time.
