We can support you across both business and personal activities, letting you focus on what’s most important.
You will have a Service Delivery Lead (SDL) as your main point of contact who will have a Service Delivery team working with and supporting them.
Data security is of the utmost importance to us. We use a secure encrypted software tool which gives you the ability to share sensitive data safely and securely with FYXER.
We have local partners in major cities, who can perform in-person tasks if required.
We pride ourselves on our ability to work remotely, from the very start of our working relationship with you. You will meet your Service Delivery Lead on a video call during the onboarding period. You can then continue to meet with the service delivery team members via video call or phone calls, as required.
Because you will have a service delivery team supporting you, it means when your SDL is away, there is always someone that is familiar with your needs and the specific support you receive from FYXER. This ensures you receive a consistent level of service.
